Another busy day yesterday! In the morning I had a model practice. I know I've mentioned this before, but I never really explained it. I'm designing a mini collection through a local teen art program. It's so fabulous! They took my designs, gave me a seamstress and a stack of model applications to choose from, a model coach to work with, a hair stylist, a makeup artist...everything! Next month, my designs will hit the runway for the first time! Pictures will go up, of course.

And then later, I had a party at my place for the cast of a show I did a few months ago. We got together to watch the DVD of the show, eat, drink, and be merry with the friends we haven't seen since the closing matinee. I had only minutes to get ready from the model call. My secret weapon? Laziness. Really.
When I did my hair this morning, I stepped out of the shower, dried my bangs, and then put my hair up. When I took it out later, it was still damp underneath, plus it had some shape from being twisted up. I added a little texturizing spray, and some sculpting foam, and was done. I took of the jacket, and was ready for a fun night with old friends.
